ANNA LENTINI

As a mother of three and a certified personal trainer with a science background, my journey in health and fitness is deeply personal. I started this path to improve not only my health but that of my family, embracing a lifestyle that balances physical training with overall mental and emotional well-being. I believe in training not just for physical strength but for mental clarity and better concentration, helping my clients become not just healthier but better-rounded individuals.

Becoming a Pilates instructor has fundamentally shaped my approach to fitness, grounding my teaching in the principles of strength, mobility, and posture. My passion for Pilates drives me to deliver programs that build a solid foundation for overall health and well-being. While Pilates is at the core of what I do, I recognise the importance of variety in fitness. This is why I also offer dynamic classes like X-Cross and strength training, ensuring a comprehensive approach to meet all your fitness needs.

Outdoor training enhances your fitness routine by allowing you to exercise in the fresh air of Inner West Sydney, promoting both physical and mental well-being.
